Tuna Steak with Oven Baked Sweet Potato Chips & Guacamole

Tetiana from Kitchen Land welcomes us into her home as she cooks a delicious Tuna Steak with homemade sweet potato chips and guacamole. This custom kitchen designed by Tatiana and the Kitchen Land team goes on to become our main set for Kitchen Land

Recipe for Tuna Steak with Baked Sweet Potato Chips & Guacamole

  • 1 Tuna Steak
  • 1 tbs of coconut oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sear the tuna for 1 minute on each side ( or more if you like the fish to be more well done)


  • 1 Medium size avocado
  • Add 2 small or 1 medium size tomato of your choice
  • Add Pinch of Dry garlic Powder & 2 slices of fresh Garlic (Use up on your own taste buds to decide how much garlic to add)
  • Add Pre made Cilantro in a tube 1/2 of a tsp
  • Add 1/2 of a freshly squeezed lemon or 1 small lime
  • Add Salt & Pepper
  • Mix it all together

Baked Sweet Potato Chips

  • Thinly slice 1 large size sweet potato (2 if you are serving few people) in round, chip form
  • Place the thinly sliced potato chips on a flat baking sheet with parchment paper laid on top
  • Evenly distribute salt & pepper to all chips
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes at 425 C ( depending on how well you like them done)
